  1. iCueMart Warranty Coverage:

Our warranty policy is designed to protect you against defects in material, design, and workmanship that may arise after the purchase of a product. Depending on the type of product and whether we are the seller, we provide different warranty periods:

– For products sold by iCueMart: We offer a warranty of twelve (12) months for eligible items purchased by buyers within Nigeria. The warranty covers defects in the product’s material, design, and workmanship for the specified period.

– For electronic device accessories: Accessories for electronic devices, excluding Apple products, are covered under a six (6) months warranty starting from the delivery date. The warranty period begins from the date of product delivery.

 

  1. Warranty Claim Process:

To initiate a warranty claim, follow these steps:

– Provide the address during the warranty claim request. This address will be registered for pick-up and delivery of the claimed item, and cannot be modified.

– Warranty repairs will be carried out by authorised service centres.

– The original invoice is required to verify the serial number and validate the warranty period for benefiting from warranty services.

  1. Repair and Replacement:

– Repairs covered by warranty will be performed by authorised service centres. If your product cannot be repaired and is still under warranty, we will issue a replacement from the same seller. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.

– The packaging of the claimed item is crucial to prevent damage during transit. Ensure the item is packed safely in its original box or wrapped securely.

  1. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

– Warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from customer misuse or failure to follow instructions for use.

– Liquid spill on the product, unauthorised repairs, or unauthorised modifications.   

  1. Warranty Providers:

– The manufacturer or their authorised service provider provides the device’s warranty. Refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policies for more information.

– Warranty services provided by authorised service centres are not iCueMart’s responsibility. Customers should contact the warranty service provider directly for complaints or concerns.

– Our warranty policy is applicable only to products purchased within Nigeria.

– If a customer rejects receiving a product after processing a warranty claim, the product will be stored in iCueMart’s warehouse for up to thirty (30) calendar days.
