ORDER ACCEPTANCE

For debit card payments, we may need to create an account for you with our third-party payment processors, including accepting their terms and conditions and submitting your details. You authorise us to do so and understand that we’re not liable for any resulting damage or loss. We may update accepted payment methods without prior notice.
  4. Cancelling Order – You can cancel your order just before shipping for any reason.
  5. Our Cancellation – We may cancel your order(s) if: Payment is overdue, Necessary information isn’t provided within a reasonable time, Delivery isn’t feasible within a reasonable time, Bulk or multi-order purchase is attempted, Product(s) are unavailable
  6. Bulk/Multiple Purchasing – We may reject orders showing bulk purchasing or excessive similar product units.

 

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

  2. Delivery Date – The estimated delivery date will be displayed on our Site.

Delivery Delays:

– In case of external delays, we’ll inform you and take steps to minimise the impact.

– If no one’s available at your address, we’ll provide instructions for rescheduling or collection.

– If you don’t collect or rearrange delivery after a failed attempt, we may cancel your order.

 

  1. ID Requirement Upon Delivery – We might inquire further to verify your identity or ownership of payment methods. If verification fails, we can refuse delivery and cancel the order.
  2. Delivery from Overseas – For overseas deliveries, you might be the importer of record. It’s your responsibility to ensure lawful import, compliance, and payment of fees and customs duties.
  3. Product Ownership – You’re responsible for the product once delivered and paid for.

RETURNS

– You received a wrong/different/damaged product

– For refurbished products, return within seven (7) days

– Unused, in original packaging with tags

– For electronics, open products are accepted if different from the description or image

– You changed your mind

All returns should be made within fifteen (15) days.

Refunds:

– For delivered products, we’ll refund the product amount (excluding original waybill) plus return cost if applicable, for faulty/described issues.

– In other cases, we’ll refund the product amount (excluding original waybill). You may cover return delivery.

WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS & UNDERTAKINGS

You warrant, represent, and undertake that:

LIABILITY
